All donors that donate at least $25 to the Robert Quigley For President Campaign 2028 Will Be Automatically Included In The Drawing Held December 2028. Donors may only win one prize. Prize may be used to buy one real estate property in any USA State or Territory. Or the prize may be used to pay off any mortgage or liens against property owned  / owed by the winner in any USA State or Territory. If the purchase of the real estate or the retirement of any mortgage or liens leaves a balance then such balance will be paid to the prize winner in cash. Prizes may be used as down payments for real estate purchase too. Prizes may be used to develop raw land, redevelop existing property, add ADUs or popups etc. but the key point is to focus on residential property both single family and multifamily projects. One of Quigley's major core campaign platform goals is to increase the supply of USA housing by at least 4.5 million new units. So any questions about these prizes are to be interpreted with the intent of promoting this goal and achieving its completion. We want more Americans to own their primary residences. Robert Quigley shall have the last determination as to the legal use of any prizes in terms of their use falling within the parameters of this raffle.

Donors must make their donation through this website "Get Involved" button or send a check made payable to Robert Quigley with a notation in the memo section that states Campaign Donation 2028. They must also subscribe to this campaign by registering their names, address, cell numbers and email address. Note that campaign emails / texts will be sent from time to time. A donation total counter will be added to the campaign website in due course and updated once per week once counter is live.

Raffle funds will be held in a separate bank account managed by Robert Quigley and paid per the above terms whether or not Quigley wins the 2028 Presidential Election. Raffle tickets will not be issued. All prize winners must be alive at the time of Raffle drawing and prize winner announcement shortly thereafter. Prizes become legally valid only after total direct campaign donations exceed $100 Million. Names may be physically drawn or randomly selected via well tested and industry approved computer programs.
